Good for him for at least trying to inject some honesty into the corrupt hugely-biased media.

I don't think that DJT was talking about a firing squad, but rather that Liz should reflect and put her ugly self in the boots of our soldiers that she and her war hawk RINO dad and friends place in nearly impossible situations.

HOWEVER, considering HER ROLE IN THE J6 SHOW TRIAL, let us investigate that FEDsurrection thoroughly, prosecute the wrongdoers, and if they are found guilty of treason, I am all for a firing squad if that is the current punishment for the false imprisonment, the imprisonment under gulag conditions for 4 years without a trial, the death of Ashley Babbit and all those who died because of this FEDsurrection and J6 Show Trial. This is NOT ABOUT TRUMP. It IS ABOUT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE and the out-of-control government totalitarians.

Of course. If you're putting someone in front of a firing squad, you don't give them a rifle. He was obviously talking about putting her in a war zone like she'll so quickly put other people and their kids, but never hers or herself.

And yes, any government official who abuses their office like she does should have swift and stern punishment, well greater than what they ever get with their exclusions and exemptions. They should be held to a higher standard and punished much more swiftly.

Yes, you make a strong case for capital punishment and these swamp creatures have committed treason, many times over. I wouldn't be calling the Innocence Project on behalf of any of them, believe.

Bill Maher. What is wrong with you telling the truth on your liberal network? Were you drunk or on drugs? I sure hope you have Donald Trump on your show next week after he is elected President. W. Manion, MDPhDJDMBA

Hey Bill Maher. If you are like most of us (who are the current Anti-Deep-State-Government Radicals) and if you are INTELLECTUALLY HONEST, the next thing you will do is say to yourself, "Well, the Legacy Media lied about this. WHAT ELSE are they lying about?" and examine many more subjects and be willing to admit to yourself AND the world that you were duped, bamboozled and join the crusade against the Media/Government/Military Industrial/Big Pharma Complex.

AS DID Trump, Vance, Elon, Tucker, Tulsi, RFK Jr. and yes, the tens of millions of the MAGA people, shine the light of truth on your own beliefs first before you ignorantly lecture us with your Legacy Media misinformed beliefs.

Expand full comment

What else are they lying about? LOL if only people like Maher would ask that question. It's ALL lies.

Expand full comment

Yeah, exactly like that. But he kinda IS the Legacy Media, so if it's his entire life, it might be scary to learn too much. He may come around, but only if he sets up a new life, based in truth, before he abandons the old.

I remember seeing the footage of Biden tell the US people that they were going to support the war in Ukraine, and it sure did look like that creature, Nancy Pelosi, standing behind him smirking , wringing her hands and all but jumping up and down and wetting her pants with glee just thrilled to be sending thousands of young people to die and suffer.. and for what MORE $$$$$$$$$$$$.

Can any one find that footage?

I got drafted during Vietnam. I didn’t have the money or connections to avoid the draft. But I support anyone who did, including Trump, Dick Cheney, and W. Trump differs from Cheney and W in that he opposes war.

Expand full comment

I was lucky that in the first draft lottery in 1970 I came up 234 so I wasn’t drafted. Just lucky. In 1970 we didn’t have the Internet or so much communication so I just would have gone to Vietnam hopefully not to die with 57,000 plus Americans. I was in Washington, D.C. the night they dedicated The Vietnam War Memorial of the 57,000 names of young men who died for nothing. I wept with the families there as they put paper over the names inscribed in concrete and traced their names with pencil carbon to take home to their families. Donald Trump cares about young men. We were supposed to be at war in 1970 but wouldn’t bomb Hanoi or Haiphong for fear of hitting Chinese ships giving guns, grenades and munitions to the North Vietnamese. No wonder people my age 72 have no faith in the government. I would take my son and daughter to Canada and clean toilets before I would let them go to war. Trump doesn’t send young men into war. He drops bombs on the heads of our enemies so that leaders like Liz Cheney know personally the meaning of war. W. Manion, MDPhDJDMBA

In the 60s I was antwar..still am unless attacked. I supported & respected people who avoided the draft. Trump reminds me of the popular sayng back then. Make Love ...not War. I agree with what he said. Sitting in DC, it's easy to send boys to war. Trump is attacked not because he is wrong, but because he is a maverick and can't be controlled.

My brother Chuck got captured and then killed in Vietnam in 1969, but wanted to flee to Canada but my dad said hell no you can’t be a traitor! Well, my brother‘s death ruined my family. My father went into a deep depression and drowned in 1977, my mother turned into an adult onset alcoholic and I was molested by my late 70+ year old neighbor because my parents were disabled by grief. I was an orphan girl at 12 living with hollowed out parents and navigating the world on my own. My family was destroyed because of fucking war!!! This fucking insanity has got to stop!

How is Bill Maher going to survive on his being against liberal financial policies killing our country? Americans owe 1.14 Trillion dollars in credit card debt. A trillion dollars is one thousand billion dollars. A billion dollars is one thousand million dollars. A million dollars is one thousand thousand dollars. The average American owes $5,560 dollars in credit card debt at 18%, 22% and 30% if late, interest. Is this insanity? South Carolina, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Utah still allow death penalty to be carried out by firing squad. South Carolina gives the choice because apparently Big Rx cares so deeply about their drugs being used to kill people that there is a shortage. I would say that would be preferable to what her family inflicted on possibly millions of Iraqis and soldiers. Just an anecdote, because I am against the death penalty in general.

I am a retired Medical Examiner Forensic Pathologist. Whenever someone says they can’t find a physician to inject a lethal product to execute a person I always volunteer. Please send my fee to the victim of the murderer I will put down. Why are we spending $50,000 a year to keep these convicted murderers alive in prison? Why? W. Manion, MDPhDJD

Expand full comment

But, because of all the back and forth in the courts, it costs more to execute than keep them in prison, and they get the chance to think about their crimes daily. I imagine that many can develop remorse.

It’s a tough call for me. I believe it’s Finland (don’t quote me) that has a restorative justice approach that has been very successful, even for some violent criminals. However, I do know that Finland has a radically different approach to mental health, which would also help better than the SSRI approach in the US that come with black box warnings of suicide or homocide.

Also, because men are fallible and corruptible, there have been a lot of innocent people executed. Just ask HRC. 🫣

Expand full comment

I agree it costs more to execute than keep in prison but once the Supreme Court rules on multiple issues executions would save money in the long run. Maybe robot guards can be developed that would not cost as much and would protect fewer human guards. Where are the rights of murdered victims and their families to have justice and dissuade more murderers?
