Those people who took it upon themselves to impose mandates on their employees committed an extremely serious crime. It was obvious to me at the time that this overreach would end badly, and I was truly aghast at how so many people, people whom I would have thought knew better, fell for the nonsense and the outright bullying. It was like watching some surreal version of Lord of the Flies x 1984 x Pod People. This must not happen again.
There was a lot of groupthink taking place and all kinds of little people with a little power wanted to jump on the mandate bandwagon to do their part to end the pandemic! The unjabbed became "othered" to the rest of society, we were the selfish uncaring brutes walking about spreading death in our wake and we became the propagandized targets of the sanctimonious jabbed. It became not just OKAY to discriminate against the unjabbed, it was ENCOURAGED by officials and nauseating spokespeople like Rachel Maddow and Dr Leana Wen. Oh so easy to see how the German people were swept up enthusiastically into Hitler's evil...when society targets a group of people anything becomes fair game.
Verdicts like these are a game changer. They wake mandaters up to the sobering reality that they may have done wrong to others. Will further lawsuits have the effect of waking the world up to their crimes? Is this a similar turning point as Allied liberation of concentration camp survivors, in which the world finally sees and understands with shame, the evil they have wrought? I kind of doubt it, the horrors are far less visceral and it is still very easy for deniers to remain that way. Nonetheless it is an excellent turn of events and I look forward to the day mandaters understand the immorality of their actions and feel ashamed for their complicity in harming so many fellow humans.

Because what actually happened was a Rome statute war crime. Article 8 - 2(b)(x) "Subjecting Persons in the power of an adverse party to... scientific and medical experimentation..."
By setting a case precident that the "Only thing" hospital administrators did wrong is fail to provide "reasonable accommodation" the court just let all the guilty parties off on a far lesser crime when what they actually did was a WAR CRIME.
Because of the legal principle of Double Jeopardy, the criminals can NEVER BE PROSECUTED FOR THIS CRIME AGAIN.
This medical tyranny issue has to be addressed on many fronts, as soon as possible, while people still remember and can associate the harms with the causes.

What is the litmus test to say they were religious enough.... The simple facts are this was a violation of bodily autonomy, life, liberty and pursuit of happiness as they say. They kept insisting I provide one, so when I referenced Title IX Civil Rights Act religious exemption as being inclusive of those who wish to preserve bodily autonomy, they accused me of using a "right-wing" law firm and insisted I declare a specific religion as my reason. I refused and they fired me for cause.

The idea that one should have a religious belief to refuse a transfection (mRNA) or a vaccination to keep one's employment is wrong. How about just "No, I don't want unwanted substances in my body." That should suffice. The only argument ever to be made in favor of mandates (and I still don't buy it for a variety of medical and ethical reasons) was that a vaccination could have prevented transmission but that's never true for ANY respiratory infection as that is the domain of mucosal immune systems which are completely unaffected by a response to an intramuscular injection.
