I currently fast 14-16 hours intermittently on a daily basis, and do a water fast for between 10 to 21 days every four months. The benefits are tremendous and being free of the food god (refrigerator) for an extended period is quite liberating. Not to speak of the $$ saved. Fasting not only gives one mental clarity and more energy, it helps the body heal itself. I was able to almost completely heal my liver following a diagnosis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Of course one of the primary benefits is weightloss thereby taking weight off joints which allows them to heal as well. That weightloss alone has tremendous benefits. A word of caution to people who've never fasted before: long-term fasting isn't for the faint-hearted and shouldn't be undertaken on a whim, or perhaps even without consulting a doc. I never consulted one, but then, since most mainstream doctors believe fasting equals starvation, and they have no clue about nutrition in the 1st place, they're not on my "I should talk to someone about this before I do it" list. There's lots of great information out there. My go-to book about fasting is Dr. Jason Fung's, "The Complete Guide to Fasting." It's an easy to read and easy to understand book. The only thing it doesn't cover is the eventuality of a healing crisis (physical and/or psychological) and what to expect. Dr. Fung is a great resource, for sure.

Have paid his fasting vids forward to my son who was double Pfizer'd last year. (For very stupid reasons.)

Also "at higher risk" of dis-ease. (Overweight.) Hits the the gym 5 days a week now, putting a ton of stress on his body & heart.

He won't be boosted though... (Or maybe he will, but it will be over my dead body.)

I pray your son will be okay. I have three kids in the military. All had to get jabbed to stay. I worry every day and pray they'll be okay. So far, so good.

I have been IF for about 4 years now. I am a 60 YO woman, on a 18/6 schedule. Im going to work on moving it to a 20/4 schedule.

Intermittent fasting works for me. Fresh mindset, I feel at my best towards the end of the fast. It's not a coincidence that the practice of fasting goes back to the beginning of time — it's like the natural “drug” of stimulating the brain. That and exercise. Powerful combination!

Another piece of common sense advice that most people don’t hear or are told that IF is dangerous (can be obviously if you don’t drink enough water or take meds) - no $ to be made from this by big Pharma or big Junk Food

Just Do It ✔✔✔ Lost 8" off my waist in TWO WEEKS! It makes life easier. Feel "clearer" and more in control because I dont have cravings anymore. Its SO FUN to know my body is healing itself without feeding it every so often. Cut the crap! (grain starches sugar & processed stuff), eat 5-7 cups of organic veggies daily within the 3-6 hour eating window, healthy fats and moderate protein. There are KETO breads you can also enjoy.

Its so easy. Dr. Eckberg & Dr. Eric Berg are also great guidance counselors on the method, Dr Eckberg [YT] breaks down the science..

I still enjoy my coffee in the am with a tbsp of heavy whipping cream. Drink warm lemon water. I do 18-20 hour fasts. I eat at 12/1pm and 5/6pm. Moderate protein is smart bc too much protein can spike insulin, too. You're really skipping BREAK-FAST. Lost 18lbs in 3 weeks, arthritis disappeared, and my sis says I look younger💃🏻

Oh, and Dr. Berg calls it "Healthy" keto, whereby you reduced carbs between 20-50g daily. I did that to start, started at 50 max then dropped to 30g now. There are free list downloads on his page of all the foods you can enjoy...

Thank you for this reminder. It's nice to hear about your experience. Ever since hearing about intermittent fasting I've been able to usually not eat for 12 hours, overnight. Sometimes more. This, alone, has been so helpful, just in terms of not snacking after dinner, and giving my body that time before bed to digest. Also losing a few pounds and keeping them off is effortless. A couple of comments I have heard have helped me stick to it - people noting that the feeling of hunger is GOOD, and is a sign that my body is starting to clean up debris. Don't interrupt it - let it continue!

I hope the military upper echelon has their day of reckoning. In Federal Court.

If my son suffers ANY debilitating illness, I'll know exactly who and WHAT dunnit.

They (Turdeau) will rue the day my son felt compelled to roll up his sleeve in order to be allowed entry to his gym, a theater, a pub or restaurant. (He's young. Was locked diwn. Promised his "freedom" back in exchange for an untested (unsafe) jab & a QR code...)

We, the people know where he lives: we PAY through the nose for those swanky digs.

We will no longer merely "honk" for justice. He must answer to THE PEOPLE WHO PAY HIS SALARY.

My other half had what we think was long haul after being sick in February of 2020. In December of 2021 we went to True North in Santa Rosa and did a 13 day water fast. His symptoms were gone.

Also someone that was working at our house said a 20 day water fast got rid of his covid. He was having trouble breathing and did not want to go to a hospital so he started his fast after having done previously a 12 day fast with good results.

Why is everyone focused on spike protein as the problem with the vax?

We don't even know if the mRNA works...

We do know that the lipids and other chemicals are either toxic or remain in the body and don't get properly eliminated.

Moderna had issues with the lipids, before convid, in their multi dose Gene therapy testing.

Yeah, but let's say it's spike protein, cause virus.

Intermittent fasting is alright but sometimes I get hungry and I don't stress the discipline and I'll just eat. Perfection is not needed all the time to get benefits.

BTW it's gonna be really hard if you don't eat meat or get animal fats...

I started fasting several months ago and try to go about 15 hours, sometimes 18 hours on the weekends and I do agree that I feel better. It also gets easier to do after you've done it for awhile. For someone starting out, I would suggest easing into the number of ours and recognize that you will have a period of time where you think you can't overcome the hunger. Push through, an hour later you will forget that you did not have breakfast. There is also an amazing mind over matter when you understand the benefits to your immune system and the power of the healing capacity.
