Best way to have vit C is via food, fresh friut and veg. I understand bioflavonoids should be included if one uses it as supplement. White refined vit C is likely to be rather problematical like all highly refined white things.
I've heard hour long lectures on Vit C by Dr. Levi and Dr. Humphries and I don't recall any mention of this.....just all systems go with Vit C.
Dr. Berg on YouTube only recommends acerola. Also, some add baking soda when taking it. I became so very weary of hearing people repeat the horse-wormer rhetoric, or the bleach when discussing HCQ. Ignorant people don't deserve to be this badly misled, and some were my widely-read family. One wonders if that will ever be up for discussion?
I asked for ivermectin from my Australian GP in August 2021 instead of the shot.. I was told she could not prescribe otherwise she would lose her licence. She also told me she would ‘feel better’ if I got the shot. I stuck with my decision to not get it and don’t regret that decision in the slightest. I saw, and continue to see, the harm this shot has done to so many people.
I asked my GP here in France for IVM. She was behind a mask, but I could see her eyes crinckle up like she was smiling. She said she could only give it to me as a parasite medication, which she did. The next time I was in, she asked me if I wanted a new prescription - hadn't thought to ask! But then I heard on the media that France was cracking down on doctors for prescribing IVM.
You do now realize that IVM is poison and that there is no such thing as covid right?
Not surprised although I am when I read personal accounts how it's helped people. Must have side effects that occur with some....what are they?
Like Vit C....the top experts claim you'll only have some intestinal problems, but it does smack calcium in the wrong places in certain individuals....have a bunion and bone spur. Have read it could be due to the liver not processing it correctly but was this warning ever mentioned by the doctors that give lectures and write books on Vit C?

Best way to have vit C is via food, fresh friut and veg. I understand bioflavonoids should be included if one uses it as supplement. White refined vit C is likely to be rather problematical like all highly refined white things.
I've heard hour long lectures on Vit C by Dr. Levi and Dr. Humphries and I don't recall any mention of this.....just all systems go with Vit C.
Dr. Berg on YouTube only recommends acerola. Also, some add baking soda when taking it. I do know that when I was talking Vit C routinely, I smacked my leg badly on a display at a store and had NO brusing afterwards. Plus any bleeding would stop ASAP which I've since read is not necessarily a good thing.
If you have an opinion on IVM, I'd like to hear it and thanks so much for your tip on bioflavonnoids.
