I go to the mom and pop shops, I purchase real beef, dairy, produce, and more from my friends and neighbors. They prefer cash and will even give you discounts if you pay in cash. We also grow our own food and make a lot of the items we need. Many of them know and they don't want to have anything to do with it. Bartering goods and services will always beat the system too. There are many ways to work around it. Gold and silver would also be an option.
