Exposing the corrupt powerful Is dangerous. Just ask any people who tried to expose Clinton. Well in some cases you won’t find them.

I just watched the 23-minute clip he posted on Twitter. It was pure gold with him dragging the "media" unmercifully and I loved it! We need more of this. My favorite line when a "journalist" tried to slam him and tell him how bad Putin is... "Did he make you take the covid shot"?

I love the way Tucker cuts through the BS that the media spews forth. Our media are whores. It’s always been the same. Is anyone as old as me remember how Frank Sinatra had a belly full of them when he came here all those decades ago. They are nasty. Aussie media has “little man syndrome”. Or is that little dog syndrome, snarling, yapping and snapping at the heels of others to bring them down and exalt themselves. Tucker handled them perfectly, as he always does. He’s been there and done that for decades. He is now free to speak the way he sees fit. Always loved watching him on FOX until they betrayed him. But I get it. Money and litigation as part of it. They actually did him a favour. Still love watching him all unleashed.

As to Assange, in Aussie speak he’s a b——y hero mate! Need more like him. We used to be out on the frontlines once, it’s hard yacka and often ends up with “I fought the law and the law won”. Got some permanent scars to prove it, though our motives were pure - medical freedom. Lol. I know, right?

But…never give up your free speech, it IS your God given right. Hebrews 10:35. The word retranslated as “confidence” is actually “parrhesia” in the Greek which translated as “freedom of speech.” King James didn’t like that and had his scribes translate it as “confidence” under penalty of death if they didn’t comply. I could go on in this framework but that’s enough to whet your mind juices.

Today, the Creator has used our strengths to speak truth to the religious powers to properly speak the entire truth of the Gospel which they avoid for personal gain and control in fear and have done so for millennia. The playbook is the same whether it’s the govt’s or the religious institutions.

Time to put the axe to the root of the tree in a number of areas.

Thanks Tucker, thanks VF and many others who wield the sword of truth to “expose the unfruitful works of darkness”.

The Military/Industrial/Media Complex will imprison or even kill anyone who exposes their misdeeds or intentions. This has been going on for decades- just look at 11/22/1963. This Cabal needs to be exposed, imprisoned and cast to the dust bin of history.

Oh, I know this very well. Two different entities, two different rules of law, it amazes me, when people give me no credit.

Look, I am on disability from a debilitating car accident in 2010. I just had my 7th replacement surgery, 3rd on left knee.

(Medical experiment, targeted individual, it’s ludicrous, I am 56 years old! I put my journey up on my page).

Dealing with feds and state is an anomaly. The feds are monarchy and use maritime law. They could care less about you. The state is a democracy. Even harder to deal with. The constitution was signed in Philly, not DC. The committee of 300, the club of Rome, etc own us. This is feudal times for us. This is what they want. They want us to destroy one another, we are subjugated by imprisonment. And if we don’t start doing any thing we are doomed. I would lose my life for the future of the country. I hope that is good enough. I know a lot more but that’s in my book. I would rather have my own mind and doing the best I can do.

I admire Tucker Carlson and he shows what a true journalist is. The mainstream media doesn’t have any true journalists. They have propagandists! They are so overwhelmingly biased in their so called “reporting” it is shameful. I can’t even watch the morning shows (Today, Good Morning America or CBS Morning Show) because they NEVER give both sides of the story, or have Republicans on the show. They just spew leftist crap and support a bumbling president who looks and acts like he should be in a Seniors Retirement Home. I do watch Fox and Friends because they do give both sides of the story!

But when they fired Tucker I thought, you just proved that you too, have sold your soul! However, you did a favour for Tucker, and to the American people, because he has been able to do so much more, so we thank you for setting him free of your shackles!

I'm a Brit. We do not 'torture people almost to death' in our prisons. Belmarsh is not Abu Ghraib. Julian Assange may have found imprisonment more difficult than most, as he is a real eccentric who believes in all sorts of freedoms. I am sorry for him - and the fact that he was so naïve as to think nothing would happen to him if he exposed the state secrets of the US government.

Expand full comment

He wasn’t naive, he talked about it all the time what would happen to him. He did it for us btw, not for himself. Solitary confinement is a torture that will kill, plenty of studies confirm this. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Pretty sure he wouldn't have done it if he'd known that he was going to be effectively imprisoned for 12+ years for it. Why would you? And what purpose has it served? He has remained in the headlines, but who remembers what was in the information he released?

Expand full comment

How do you know? Solitary confinement alone is torture. It's usually used in conjunction with cold and heat torture, sleep deprivation, starvation, and other conditions that guarantee a shortened life or suicide. Your country, as with every other, practices torture.

Expand full comment

I agree, very difficult to deal with. But Assange will not have been subject to any of these other ordeals, and he is the one we are discussing, not the whataboutery of every other prisoner that's ever been in Britain.

Expand full comment

Never forget that Obama let the actual spy (Manning ) free —- when HRC was running… Assange was persecuted because he had dirt on Clinton. The timeline of his persecution makes that very clear.

Expand full comment

That is a comforting statement. But you have no evidence to justify your statements. You don't know and are accepting the answers provided by the government. The very same government that told you mass destruction weapons were in Iraq, as just one small example. Ironically, that lie came from the US Government. The UK is simply a fellow perpetrator of the lie, just as with Assange's case.

We know as a general course of business that governments do one thing constantly: they lie. Unless you are there with him in prison, you do not know the conditions with any certainty, as with the rest of us.

The very fact that Assange was imprisoned with no charges and held at the request of the US government is itself torture. It is a violation of the same principles of the Magna Carta.

The government (or all governments) have earned only one opinion from us: they have zero credibility; they can never be given the benefit of the doubt. Everything they state must be triple-checked and verified, not by mainstream media.

We will soon see if Assange is allowed to speak about his imprisonment. If he is not, then I think we have every justification in believing, once again, that the government has a two-tier justice system and will lie to protect its hegemony.

Expand full comment

I'm no more impressed with governments in general than you are. And you have no evidence to justify your statements of torture, etc. either.

I agree, Assange should not have been held here, but a UK prison at least meant that he was treated better than he would have been had he 'disappeared' into the US legal system.

I haven't seen it, but I believe he has already made comments to journalists about his imprisonment.

Don't have a problem with that, but he must have known what was likely to happen, and I don't believe that he couldn't have found a better way to expose whatever murky plots he found.

Expand full comment

As I stated "you do not know the conditions with any certainty, as with the rest of us." None of us have any facts.

The question here is, what is torture? Is torture 20 lashes? Or can it be confined without any charges for years? Not a few months or maybe weeks, but years!

Who knows, Norway may offer better confinement under the illegal jailing of Assange. Perhaps the justice system would have honored its duty of a writ of habeas corpus in Norway, and Assange would have had an opportunity to leave jail in months or weeks. The UK did not do that and only centered on its treaty with the US. This is the problem with all of us; we let the government get away with these abuses. They do it all the time.

The UK violated Assange's freedom. The very act of confinement was torture, and the refusal to release Assange under which the Manga Carta, along with our Bill of Rights, is apparent. We have come full circle to when the King would throw an individual in prison, and that person would wait years for a hearing. We had a revolution in the Colonies because of this practice and other abuses. The Manga Carta was developed because of King John's abuses. Now, we have circled right back to those days of the past.

Expand full comment

We are coming at this from different angles.

There is no doubt that since WWII we have acted as lapdogs to the US - Tony Blair's particular form of oleaginous servility comes strongly to mind.

Ideally Assange would not have been in this country and not have sheltered in the Ecuadorian embassy in London for years. When he left, wasn't he still being investigated for rape? I wonder if any country would gave allowed him to just waltz out, under the circumstances. There were clearly struggles regarding his legal standing going on behind the scenes for years, and we kowtowed cravenly to the US. Doesn't make us look good or honourable, but I don't understand why people expect any government to be sanguine about citizens revealing secrets. His legal issues were all foreseeable. He should have foresaken his ego for a more sensible approach, less of the martyr and more of the pragmatist. Obviously not his style in the past - but he's made a deal and it clearly is now.

Expand full comment

Hardly an apologist - I don't agree with what happened to him, but it was foreseeable. Yes, there are 'open prisons' here for so-called 'white collar' criminals, banged up usually for non-violent crimes. Assange has not been violent, but when were the rape charges dropped? A supposed rapist would not be placed in an open prison. Maybe Belmarsh was considered most appropriate because it is high security and holds several prisoners on terrorism-related offences, which is what the US no dpubt wanted to charge Assange with. Not saying it's right - but it's a fact.

Expand full comment

I’m from the UK and we have not historically incarcerated people and put them in solitary confinement over a long period with no charges. Are you suggesting that people who are suspected of rape should have this happen to them? If so, what about all those men in Rotherham who still have not faced justice?

Expand full comment

That was not what I wrote. Assange was charged with skipping bail and was still under investigation for the alleged rapes in Sweden. The UK doesn't lock people up without any reason, but sadly the Assange case has been mostly predicated on what the US wanted him incarcerated for, which is wrong. But he made the decision to claim asylum in the Ecuadorian embassy (and then interfere with their security systems) and that then riled the Ecuadorians, and the delay hacked off both the USA and the UK.

I could not be more angry (like yourself?) about the Rotherham debacle, but that was on Starmer's watch and is his fault. The laws in the UK have been bent out of shape by the culture wars and police underfunding and corruption. We need to revise them and get back to our original system of fair process and presumed innocence, as copied by much of the rest of the world.

Expand full comment

I think the rape charges where dropped by sweden just after his self incarceration!!!?

The Supreme Court today ruled that the Government can strong arm media to promote lies & destroy or "vanish" the facts & those who speak them to further the aims of Government & the forces of Capital to whom it is are beholden.

This obfuscation of reality caused mass loss of life & destroyed the the careers of many, bankrupted businesses, harmed children & disabled millions more,

all because the Government lied, hid the truth & made deals with the devil that maximized harm & prevented health & recovery during Covid.
