The cure is simple, ZERO-OUT our sugar intake. It took me about a year. First, cut out booze and soft drinks, then desserts, and keep cutting out sugary food until you feel better all the time. Also, eat home-cooked foods including lots of quality protein (meat).

While we can observe that Americans are much less healthy than a generation or 2 ago, we should be aware that diagnostic parameters have drastically changed over this period. That inflates the statistics a good deal. Go outside, get some rays, and get lost in the weeds. Crack a smile. It’s healthy.
Yes, get some sun, stop checking your cholesterol and blood pressure, don’t let the press rile you up. Eat healthy, don’t worry about calories, just clean local foods. Ditch your cell phone, turn off the tv, read a lot, get movies from your local library. Grow some food, find kindred spirits. Remove all smart devises. Small things, meaningful things. No pharmaceuticals. Time to wake up. 💕💕💕

Add this issue with the shots and the excessive use of meds the results are a lot of sick and dying people. Exactly what we are seeing.
Well, I'm a newby to the idea of the invisible rainbow, but the book is convincing. I hope I can track down more information about the issue.

THANK YOU! This Dr. makes it seem as though everyone is being force-fed like pâté geese. I cured myself of decades-long clinical depression AND lost 20 lbs in the process. For a while, I used to tell everyone I met who suffered from depression how I ZEROED IT OUT. As I tell them, I can see their minds shut down.
The cure is simple, ZERO-OUT our sugar intake. It took me about a year. First, cut out booze and soft drinks, then desserts, and keep cutting out sugary food until you feel better all the time. Also, eat home-cooked foods including lots of quality protein (meat).
I have found that people would rather stay obese and depressed AND WHINE ABOUT IT than stop drinking, stop eating Chef Boy-ar-dee, or stop eating dessert. It's as though that was all they lived for.
The problem with obesity is that PEOPLE AREN'T INTERESTED IN ANYTHING. People have truly become "consumers", a bunch of mindless fat shits who ONLY live to eat, smoke, fuck, etc.
