1. Send similar letters to ALL State AG's. At least then they are on formal notice of a possible crime.
2. Consider notifications to child protection agencies. They may have statutory obligations to address reports of child endangerment. May be more effective in triggering a response duty if (unfortunately) there are specific cases of child injury in the jurisdiction which could be reported.
